Established in 2003 Advanced Selection Ltd provides a fully consultative recruitment services across the UK for professionals within Science, Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing (STEM) and IT & Business Change. Advanced Selection offers extensive knowledge and experience with each of the consultants having a wealth of experience within their sector.

Our business cannot exist without candidates and any individual who entrusts us to help them progress their career deserves and will receive an exemplary service. In everything we do we endeavour to follow best practice, we will be open and honest with candidates and offer genuine advice.
Timesheets must be approved by the client before they can be submitted for payment. All timesheets must be received by 12 noon on Tuesday along with your invoice. Payments will be made by Friday of that week. Failure to submit your timesheet/invoice on time will result in payment being processed the week after.

I applied for a maintenance engineer role through an advertisement they had placed on CV-Library. A consultant contacted me with a quick response and was very professional. This company is hugely unprofessional and very out-dated in how they do business. I went here for an interview and the office was extremely unkempt and untidy. The interview had no clear structure and they asked extremely random questions, they also revealed how old and unreliable their database was that they used for their recruitment. I was rejected a second interview on the basis that I “Looked scruffy” despite wearing full business attire. As a seasoned recruiter I thought it was ironic in the extremity that they declined me for this when their own attire and general state of their office

Applied for R&D engineer for a role that was advertised by them on CV library. They got back to me the very same day, had a very friendly conversation with about my skills, experiences etc. and what the company was looking for. Three days later called me up to see when was good to organize an interview. They quickly called me up after and said that i got it! Thank guys.

I have worked with advanced selection on a number of recruitment drives over the past few years. The service seemed tailored to my needs and very professional. It seemed very differentiated to what i was used to, as there was no spam and they actually did their jobs, which came as a change from what you usually expect from recruiters.
