Excellent recruitment. They really take the time in understanding your needs, the current team and how a new recruit would fit in. The quality of candidates has always been excellent as they put good work into selecting candidates before C.V's are sent to you. Not having to do this our selves means that we save lots of time. They are also honest enough to tell you if they get a feeling a candidate is not quite right rather than just letting you employee them.
