We had out worka Christmas do here. The food was good, the entertainment qas okay bar prices were okay for a hotel. Cost of the joiner party was good. Very strange that as 12 of our 29 had decided not to risk covid in the week up to Christmas they would not let us swap out of the meals ordered for a drinks package but served the food the 12 had ordered to a fully laid empty table. Seemed a waste of food to me
Although that meant I had three starters and three Christmas dinners and two puds so shouldn't grumble really.

Really enjoyed our 2night stay at this hotel. The staff are great & the Spa, our room was super clean & contemporary & easily accessible. Our heating rads were not working properly, but once reported this was resolved with a new room & we were happy. Very helpful & friendly staff. Additionally, breakfast was tasty & we loved
the fact we were 2mins walk from the stunning beach
We will definitely be back.

Our daughter gave us a voucher we paid extra 100 to have on account for breakfast and dinner. On last day we were told we could not sit down until paid 25.00 for our breakfast which was a shock as we had been in for meals 5 times at this point. There was lack of communication from reception to restaurant. Room was comfortable clean. In bathroom a step up to shower and no arm to put shower lower which caused me problems. I cannot hold onto both. My husband hit his head on cabinet handle which cut his head as too close to taps. But as disabled person steps up to room, which was cold, and had to walk

Just came back from a two night stay our children treated us to for Xmas 2019. Finally managed to get booked after all the delays of 2020. We had a standard room which was so spacious and clean. Staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. We had breakfast and evening meals which were included and were fist class. We would certainly return and cannot recommend highly enough. 👍

We paid a little extra for a superior room. It was of a good size, clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was ok, as was the breakfast. Good location close to the beach & town. We were lucky and found a parking space on a side road very close to the hotel so did not have to use the hotel car park.
