With 22 bedrooms and two family rooms, we are able to accommodate groups, families, and individuals.

With various lunch specials and mouth-watering breakfasts available from 8am daily. You are able to enjoy both tasty food and great service in our south facing conservatory or on our sun terrace, both with panoramic sea views over looking Torbay.
At The Heritage Hotel health complex we offer a warm indoor swimming pool for those that like to keep fit and relax whilst away from home. Changing facilities and lockers available. During the "Opening Times for Pool" there maybe 1:1 or 2:1 lessons at occasional times but the pool will still be open for member and general use.
Our hotel accommodation in Torquay, Devon, offers well-sized rooms with sea views and a warm, friendly welcome at a budget to suit your needs. There is also plenty for you to do in the local vicinity. Although there is plenty on offer for when you are staying at The Heritage Hotel, including extensive leisure facilities and a bar/restaurant with sports available on large screen TVs, you also have easy access to the local attractions.
Late check-in can be arranged, however please note that this does include a 10 charge please call reception for more information. Although we like to provide a warm welcome to all of our guests, we are sorry to advise that The Heritage Hotel is not suitable for wheelchair-bound visitors due to limited access.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Two minute walk to the beach and give minutes into town. Room was good sized with a nice sea view. There is a little noise from other guests moving about. All in all a very nice place to stay. Would have given four stars but for the breakfast and evening menus ....... no fishy and chips on the evening/lunchtime menu (it's a stone's throw from the fishing harbour!). At breakfast there was no provision for muesli and the orange juice was not chilled. Would happily stay here again and am more than happy to recommend it to others.

Warm welcome from owners, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Most rooms were adequate size one of our party had a very small double room which was disappointing. Rooms were clean, towels changed regularly and bed made daily. Tea and coffee facilities in room along with biscuits. Disappointed guests only had use of the pool for an hour in the morning and evening both near meal times. Car parking was free but limited although we always managed to find a space for the 3 cars. Hotel in good position would recommend.
