At Isle of Wight Fitness I firmly believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Lots of people are new to exercise but please don't let that put you off or be worried about getting started. My classes are super friendly and they can be modified and scaled to suit your fitness levels and needs.
We know that regular exercise impacts positively on both physical and mental health. I am here to help top up your feel good endorphins with a range of different group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness. Doing classes online has proved to be a fantastic way to help keep people fit (mentally AND physically) whilst having a great time in class, and all without having to leave your own home to do so!
