I am truly passionate about delivering results - I absolutely love what I am lucky enough to do. I have been in the fitness profession for 25 years after having the first 2 of my 3 girls. I have taught every class you can imagine and coached all descriptions of personal training client. I constantly continue to increase my knowledge and skills so as to progress both for myself and for my clients as I believe.

This is hard, muddy and wet workout - but once you've done it in the fresh air and improved after a few weeks, you'll never look back and you'll feel like you can take on the world.
