Trainhers is a women's only gym that provides a relaxed and fun environment for women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities who want to improve their health, fitness and well being. 30 minutes is all you need to become fitter and healthier. Services
I love to work out as much as I possibly can but my main interests are cycling and long-distance running. I have a great experience with organizing and taking out running clubs of all abilities. I particularly like to take out beginners to see how they progress and come to like the sport as much as I do.
The circuit consists of 10 stations/machines which give a full body workout. Traffic lights tell you when to move to next piece of equipment. Three minutes on each machine, everyone moves at the same time, so no queue once you start. When you join, we will weigh and measure you and record what you want to achieve.
You will be booked in for a free trial of the circuit. A trainer will take you around showing you how to do all the exercises and give you some examples of what exercises can be done on the free stations. This will take about 30mins. You will need to wear something loose and comfortable as well as wearing suitable footwear.

This is by far the best gym I’ve been to! They have a circuit of machines with a timer so you exercise you whole body and you never have to wait to use equipment. The structure also really helps keep me focused. You can book one-one time with personal trainers to focus on abs, boxing, aerobics, core etc as well. I would highly recommend, don’t be put off by the size, the circuit works, the whole concept works, there’s also a free trial available! :)
