From the moment we walked in Lucy looked after us and guided us compassionately through everything. Our family is fractured and Lucy was understanding and flexible to ensure that we navigated what was a difficult time seamlessly. It didn't matter who picked up the phone they knew about you and could answer any questions. They were quick to take any stress/anxiety off us that they could. Took a Golden Charter funeral plan out for our mum. When the time came to use the plan for our mum, Wilde's came out within the hour on a Sunday to collect our mum's body. We met up with them s couple of days later at a time convenient for us to confirm our options and plan for our mum's cremation. Wilde's handled dealing with the coroner's, the GP, the paper for our mum's obituary, the Crematorium and arranged for the flowers. It was easy to visit our mum's body to pay our respects and Wilde's kept us informed of what was happening and when. I never had a problem contacting them over the phone
