Eastfield Veterinary Clinic was established in 1983 and is housed in converted farm buildings on the outskirts of North Thoresby. In 1996 a branch surgery at 86 Hardy's Road, Cleethorpes was added. The Clinic was founded and owned by John Barker and then, from 1993 by Mike and Helen Jeffreson. In 2016 we joined the VetPartners group.

Following a period of transition following Mike and Helen's retirement in 2017, we now have a strong team of very experienced vets, with specialisms in both surgical and medical work, ready to provide excellent veterinary care for your pets. A team of dedicated veterinary nurses support the vets and experience reception, support and admin staff complete the staffing team.
Services
At Eastfield Vets, we believe in investing in our people, surgery, facilities, equipment and latest technology; so that we provide outstanding veterinary care for our patients and their owners. If you'd like to register your details or find out more about available roles, you can email us at admin@eastfieldvets.co.uk.
This interactive questionnaire can help you understand your senior pet's health, and decide whether to arrange a consultation at Eastfield Vets. As a caring owner you'll know that healthy food, exercise, loving attention and an occasional treat are all your pet needs to live a happy life. Eastfield Vets are here to help you keep your pet healthy and active for as long as possible.
Eastfield are pleased to offer state of the art surgical facilities and Vets with advanced surgery certificates. We regularly place our surgeons on surgical training courses to maintain our up to date knowledge. At this time you will be asked to sign a consent form and this is the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
We are happy to carry out home visits where requested, by prior arrangement. However, the examination and treatment of your pet is usually best carried out at the Clinic, where the necessary equipment and staff would be to hand. Whilst we understand how distressing it is if your pet is involved in a road accident, prompt hospitalisation can be life saving.
We vaccinate against the major canine diseases of Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis (viral disease of the liver), Leptospirosis (Weil's Disease) and Parainfluenza. For Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough), vaccination is only advised for high risk situations ie stays at kennels, dog shows etc. Further vaccinations are given during annual health checks.

My 2 dogs not keen on vet visits but the team are very patient and they eventually relax and I feel less stressed as a result.

Over charging because they can.
Make you feel dreadful for asking for a breakdown in charges.
Asked for a perscription for two items, this was going to cost me £30, after I questioned it, it was reduced to £25. Do yourself a favour, register with wolds, £4 per perscription with excellent customer service.

Unfortunately this vets is not what it used to be. I have recently moved vets due to a terrible experience. To turn up to an appointment to be told you don’t have an appointment is just unacceptable. Having to wait over 2 hours with a sick cat with breathing problems is just totally disgusting in my opinion. Real shame.

Not very good really. My dog was attacked and had a neck wound. The vet i saw never even looked at the wound or cleaned the wound. Just gave her body a quick look over and gave anti biotics. The wound has now swelled so i have had to cut my holiday short to take Poppy to her own vets. Would not recomend

Really caring and professional vets. We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else after experiencing another vet in Grimsby who was only interested in making as much money as possible out of our poor dog.
Vet Jeremy is brilliant and was so kind when we had to have our old dog put to sleep. They are fantastic.

Both here and the North thoresby branches are absolutely fabulous. Everyone is very friendly and caring. I've been with the practice for about 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else with my pets.
