The Paradigm recruitment team was originally involved in the telecoms revolution of the early 1990s. Our original Consultants played a pivotal role in identifying strategic hires for new challengers to the incumbent telecoms operators across EMEA. Since then, we have witnessed the evolution of this market through start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, buy-outs and organic growth.

Prior to joining Paradigm many of these teams have worked in the Communications and IT industry and are able to call upon their knowledge and experience.
Andrew Robinson founded Paradigm in 1993, after successful appointments at Montin International, Kramer Westfield and Austin Benn. With over 20 years industry experience, delivering resourcing solutions to major blue chip clients and start up companies. Andrew also advises Venture Capital companies, US and Asian start ups on how to develop resourcing strategies for the EMEA region.
