Our Pilates classes are a maximum of 6 people per class, windows are open for ventilation, teachers will continue wearing face-masks and as always, all equipment is sanitised after use. We are a group of highly qualified and experienced Physiotherapists, Pilates teachers and Massage Therapists, working together to provide a professional and comprehensive service designed to enhance our clients physical health.
Our qualified Chartered Physiotherapists are experienced in the specialised area of Musculoskeletal physiotherapy. With the added advantage of our on-site Pilates studio, our physiotherapists can combine their clinical knowledge and experience together with their Pilates training, or in conjunction with the Pilates teachers, to produce excellent results for those with injuries or health conditions.
Our experienced Physiotherapists have post-graduate qualifications in assessing and managing all manner of musculoskeletal injury and sources of pain. These may range from slow onset aches and pains, to specific injuries of the neck, back, pelvis or limbs acquired through normal everyday activities, sport or other misadventure.
Chest physiotherapy is one of the most effective and natural treatments available. It aims to help you to better manage and reduce the signs and symptoms you are experiencing, either as a result of an acute (pneumonia/ chest infection) or chronic long term lung condition. The purpose of chest physiotherapy is to put you in control of your lung condition and to improve your quality of life.
Our Physiotherapists can offer a combination of physiotherapy techniques and Pilates to help improve muscle strength lost through injury and help regain optimised movement patterns to restore function as quickly as possible. Our Physiotherapists are Pilates trained so are also able to prescribe a Pilates exercise programme to enhance your rehabilitation, by increasing your core strength and confidence in preparation for exercise or sport.

Reab sets the gold standard for Physiotherapy and Pilates in Haywards Heath. Christine and the entire Reab team are a huge asset to the local community, providing return-to-fitness classes, physiotherapy, massage, and classical studio Pilates. Incredible customer care provided by Claire and Sally in a friendly, inclusive environment. Reab is a wonderful resource for those recovering from joint injury or searching for better alignment and body awareness through Physio and/or mindful exercise... you will not be disappointed!
