We are a Practice with SEVEN partners working in a busy inner city area of South East London with a list size of approximately 12,056 patients. We are commited to the development of Primary Care and value our roles as generalists. In order that we may be able to provide a service to the community which is holistic in its approach, we have not chosen to specialise in any one area.
If you wish to, you can now use the internet to book some telephone appointments with a GP, request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your medical record online. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well. Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions.

The Brockley Road surgery was merged with this practice to provide a "better service"
You have more chance of winning the lottery than getting through to the reception by phone if you call less than one millisecond after 8am.
If you succeed in getting through then you'll be at the mercy of a phone consultation (this is anything from 15 to 45 minutes after the time they tell you) and then if you need to see a doctor you're more likely to win the Euromillions than get a face to face appointment. If you're really ill then you'll be direct to go and sit in a hot and unventilated room in Lewisham

I actually thought other surgeries were bad but this is by all means the worst!
Firstly the appointments they say appointments from 8 to 6:30 yet when u call they state you must call within first hour they are open(8-9am). How contradictory is that??Then when you call the line is always engaged one day week before I contacted the surgery (57 times) on the 21.10.21 before I got through only to be told no appointments but emergencies and what qualification does the receptionist have to determine that! By the time u finish with the receptionist it's now only my physical but mental health is also

You have to be pretty quick off the mark to book your appointment online at either 8 am or 6.30 pm, they all go quickly. I've been trying to get a fairly simple condition treated for 6 months now. Had to make an official complaint to get a 3 minute telephone appointment, followed by a 6 week wait for a blood test I didn't need, a swab that turned up negative but hey! We prescribe you some meds for something we now know you haven't got but which we can't be bothered to investigate

After a week of trying finally manage to get a Telephone appointment for 4pm. Call ends up coming in at 7.10pm and miss it. No message left. Next day no appointments available when trying at 8am to rebook via online system. Response when i get through on phone in regards to 7pm call vs 4pm appointment was bad luck keep on trying via online system.
I can, and expect, some form of delay with the Telephone appointment but 3 hours is pathetic, especially when their offices close at 6.30pm.

Individual doctors are ok but the administration is absolutely diabolical. Very hard to get an appointment - they release them at 8am / 6:30pm and often there aren't enough, so there's always a scramble and often you won't get one. Complaining (after half an hour on hold) led to stream of excuses. It's like they genuinely don't see why it's a problem that patients can't see a doctor when they need to and treat this as business-as-usual. Staff don't understand how their own booking system works, confusing the website and the mobile app. They're evasive, rude and have an appalling patient-is-wrong

1 star for the doctors and receptionist I'm afraid. I have not been diagnosed with several issues and have had to jump through hoops to get referrals or for someone to actually care. Got told my issues were all in my head at one point. I have since gone private. It's difficult switching GPS when in the middle of a health issue, but I'm going to have to.

Terrible reception team, rude on the phone and not listening at times when I feel worried about a medical problem either of my family members is experiencing and I'm unable to book appointment for weeks. I found myself waiting in front of the Reception desk, managed to be ignored for 10min like I was invisible, with 2 people siting at the Reception desk seeming too busy to serve any patient standing in front of them... This evening I was waiting in the phone queue for 30min from 6pm on, when suddenly the line dropped at 6:30pm. This happende already other times during morning and day time, so not

Absolutely terrible. I’d give 0 stars if that was option. Receptionist was rude and untrained at dealing with ill and stressed out patients. Not first time, either. Yesterday I was on hold for 29 minutes, meanwhile ansaphone message is on constant repeat, is unclear, and doesn’t even sound like the reader means it. To get unhelpful receptionist after that long wait was mind blowing! It’s usually impossible to get an appointment by phone or online, as all appointments already taken. What is the point!!! I’ve put in an official complaint a few months ago, but received no reply. Since relocation
