I'm Vicki, owner of our lovely Children's clothes boutique based in the heart of Altrincham, Cheshire. Me and my partner have four beautiful children aged between 4 and 9 years who equally love the clothes we retail! An added bonus for my business as I don't have to look too far for a model to showcase our collections, although as with most children I do have to bribe them on some occasions.
Due to limited staff at the shop, on occasions we may need to close the shop due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are not local and travelling a distance to visit us, please do phone us first on the number above. Whilst this happens on rare occasions we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey!
If you wish to cancel your order after 14 days, the deposit will be non refundable, any other payments made will be issued back as store credit. Regular payments in accordance with the plan must be made, failure to make a payment on more than two occasions will automatically see your order cancelled.
If you purchase a product from us and find it cheaper on another website within 7 days, if their service T&Cs are comparable to ours and they have the product in stock in the same size; We will MATCH the price by refunding you the difference. This will send the details to us via WhatsApp, we can then view the details and get back to you asap where we will either accept or decline the comparison inline with our T&C's.
