The shop offers the most amazing customer service! Rachel personally delivered the uniform to my door within 10 hours of the order being placed - and that was on Saturday and Sunday.
I needed a full set of new school uniform when my children moved schools in the middle of a pandemic due to a house move. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel - I had to swap several items to get the sizing right and she just took away the clothes we couldn't use and dropped off replacements, issuing very prompt refunds. By far the best online shopping experience of the pandemic and I buy everything online. Thank
