Terrible….. went for a full bag fitting and spent over £2000 on golf clubs. Since getting them home I’ve had 2 of the irons snap and when I gave them back to the store they said they would check over the clubs to make sure the others were ok. When I finally got them back they hadn’t been checked. The same tape and wrapping I used to ship them was still neatly on them. Since then another club head has broke as well and I’m currently trying to get a refund. Stay clear of Scottsdale golf!!!

I'd give Scottsdale 0 stars if possible, terrible customer service. I bought a pulseroll which broke while under warranty. I returned it to Scottsdales and was told it had been returned to the manufacturer. I then received an email, the manufacturer had no replacement and I was offered a credit note for Scottsdales. Scottdales still had the pulseroll on their website and I asked for a replacement. What I received from Scottsdales was my old broken item back. I spoke to the customer services manager who apologised for the mistake but offered me a credit note. I then contacted Pulseroll who still

Not at all happy with the service they don't keep you in the loop to what is going on I ordered p790's and wedges a month ago also ordered the new cobra 3D print putter took the payments then was told clubs won't be here until 19th of September the putter not here until December this is so wrong on many levels if I owned this shop I would do my up most to make sure is was pushing to get these sooner now I'm missing so much golf because of apparent shortages of components .

Not happy with service at all, emails never responded to, denied ever receiving them despite directly answering the queries I had raised in the email at the end of the call. Big delay with the wedges, didn't dispatch anything else, and was advised they would all be dispatched at the same time, so I would have to wait three months for any items I ordered outside of the wedges. Delays, lies and lack of customer service has led to a terrible experience. Shocking, never left a bad review but this company has been abysmal.

Absolute joke of a company never dealt with such shocking customer service I placed an order one item came the wrong colour phoned to explain what happened got a refund that I didn’t ask for and for the wrong amount so had to wait for another refund to come through before they set up a link to buy the correct item then it still came wrong phoned again only to be told they don’t sell the colour I want that’s on the website so sent it back and still waiting for a refund due to Royal Mail error but they still think they done nothing wrong and blame everyone else I WILL NOT USE THEM

Ordered from Scottsdale Golf various items including some Custom Fit items , the day before I got an email saying a product was missing from the warehouse. After initially being frustrated, I was so pleased that Kimberley offered an upgraded product at no extra cost to me.
