Couples often turn to family mediators after they have separated, normally when issues arise around child arrangements. We are the country's leading family mediation practice that specialises in child related matters. Our success rate is unrivalled. We constantly receive positive feedback from our clients.

If court action is unavoidable, you will have to attend a MIAM (link). It may not be necessary to have to mediate and this will be determined by you once you have completed a consultation with a family mediator. During your MIAM, you will have the opportunity to ask questions as well understand if family mediation is the best option for you.
Services
We are so extremely proud of the team we have encouraged to join us. Whilst the challenge was to get the best people available, we believe, we have gone one step beyond this. Every member of the Team bring their own unique talents and experience and most importantly, share the collective desire to be the best, the most effective, the most successful, the most informative and of course be approachable and friendly.
Following the breakdown of a relationship, living arrangements for your children will be the most important thing to agree. Your children will want to know where they will live and who with as well as wanting to know how often they will see their other parent. You will need to agree living arrangement with your ex-partner, so you can plan for work, leisure and downtime from the children, when they are with the other parent.
Reaching a finance and property settlement is important. When a relationship ends, it is inevitable that your finances and that of your ex-partner will be in some way tied-in together. You may co-own your home, a business or investments and these now need to be divided between you, to enable you to separate financially as well as emotionally.
The C100 Form can also be used for issues such as trying to stop a parent from removing a child from a particular situation (such as moving home, moving school or medical based issues). Whilst it has many uses, many are used in contact arrangement disagreements.

Courts will only consider your application is a C100 Form application is signed by an accredited family mediator, otherwise it will be either rejected or a request be made to attend a MIAM before they will consider your application. As an accredited family mediation service, we can help you. If you are certain the other party will not mediate or that you may not find agreement, our Fast Track C100 Service.
If you are considering divorce or you have already begun, you will need to agree child living arrangements, if you have children and a financial settlement. If you are unable to agree on either or both, then you can either consider seeking the help of a lawyer or you can take the quickest and most cost-effective option of divorce mediation.
