The Millstream Devizes

Renowned for it's great food and wonderful service, The Millstream in Marden, Wiltshire boasts a vibrant and regularly changing menu. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers Kate's twist on classic pub food will leave you wanting to try everything. The Specials board is full of mouth watering fish dishes, with freshly caught fish delivered daily from Cornwall.

Restaurant - Our dining area can be split into three sections allowing for parties of all sizes. Call us to discuss your requirements. Dog Friendly - Although we do usually allow dogs in the bar area, due to the current situation we are only allowing dogs outside.

A lovely country pub. Good food, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Glad to see the Millstream is covid secure, well done. Highly recommended. The MillStream even has a village photo on the wall, taken in 1910, which has my Grandmother in !

Simply superb. Excellent food, great service, lovely atmosphere and best of all in these troubled times still maintaining high standards of Covid risk reduction. This is the first time I’ve felt comfortable eating out since the start of the Pandemic. Thank you.

Lovely pub. Very good food. reasonable prices. But my wife and I could have done without being told we had to wear a mask and being handed one: not a good welcome. Most places we visit have got beyond this.

Fantastic food as always. Home made and very fresh vegetables. Big variety of desserts too. We have been visiting from the Isle of Wight for a number of years and look forward to the lovely meals. Great outside garden too. Recommend 100%.

Decided to try this pub today. One of the best I have been to is a simple way to put it. Food was presented nicely and was very delicious! Staff were also really polite and had outstanding service. Would absolutely recommend this pub to everyone!

The food was diabolical. The whitebait was over fried and so hard the fish could not be tasted. The gammon steak was so salty I had to leave it and take home for the dog. My husband's meal was a plate crowded with chips and a scant number of cornish scampi which were flavourless and not worth eating. This was "passed on" to the kitchen but not followed up. We had to wait 20 minutes for each drinks order to arrive
As we were with friends we didn't want to make a fuss but never again.

Lovely dog-friendly pub, welcoming atmosphere with polite and attentive staff. We were seated out in the garden for lunch and didn't feel neglected for a moment.
The meal and dessert was delicious accompanied by a good drink choice.
Absolutely plan to visit again in future!

We have been going to The Millstream for several years. We have never had a bad meal. Staff are excellent, menu is superb. Always a warm and friendly welcome.

Had the Brie and bacon baguette and would have to say this was fantastic (and very good value). My wife had the Ploughman's lunch which was great with quality cheese and ham. We popped in on a Saturday lunchtime and were able to sit outside. Such a nice location and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. If it's a dry warm day, then the outdoor space is great for families and kids.
