Using one or a combination of Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I can give you practical, safe and gentle ways to make your life the way you want it to be. Services
Well for a start hypnotherapy, and more specifically hypnosis, is a natural process. You regularly drift in and out of hypnotic states throughout the day, so you'll find it's very comfortable, very easy to do. As your hypnotherapist, I'll help you take full advantage of this natural state to make positive changes in your life with minimum effort on your part.
This is a question I'm often asked by clients who want to take control of their life and enjoy it more. We're all familiar with anxiety. Those unwelcome feelings of discomfort, or even fear, often strike just when you need to remain calm, confident and in control, don't they? When you're outside your comfort zone and you really want things to go well.
Evening (commencing after 5.30pm) and weekend appointments can be arranged, there is a supplementary fee of 20 per hour for these. I am happy to offer a free telephone consultation to discuss the issues you wish to address, simply telephone or email me to request this. Please note that in the event of client cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice 100% of the full session price will be charged.
Hypnotherapy works in a practical, gentle way to resolve issues, whether emotional, psychological or behavioural. Hypnotherapy resolves the sort of issues that have prevented people like you from living happy and fulfilled lives. Working with some clients I will find a resolution in a single session; other clients may take a little longer.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), sometimes known as "tapping", is one of the quickest ways to treat overwhelming problems. EFT is a gentle treatment that successfully resolves issues, often in just one session. And one of the reasons it's so quick and successful is because it doesn't require any particular beliefs.
