This was a highly professional operation and I could not rate them more highly. We were renting a property between selling and buying and Ashcourt could have not been more helpful. There were no issues but all queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. From signing the tenancy agreement to giving notice to quit everything ran smoothly. Great people to deal with.

We were tenants for over 2 years in a property that they manage and Ashcourt Lettings are by far the best lettings agency we've ever encountered.
They're a family run business and both Terry and Nick (the agents) are friendly, understanding, responsive and honest.
If anything required fixing at the apartment they were very quick to get things sorted and kept us in the loop regarding tradesmen who would be visiting to fix/check anything. The tradesmen were all great too.

Nick and Terry Booth made letting my house when I moved away easy and hassle free. Always contactable by phone or email they were in touch if there was ever an issue. Both were ready to provide options for a solution to any tenant problems/work required Due to their close working relationships with a number of other professionals / tradesmen any repairs were completed quickly and to the highest standard. My partner and I have been tenants with Ashcourt Lettings for a little over 2.5 years, and would have happily stayed much longer if Covid didn't result in us moving out county.
Nick has been extremely communicative, friendly, and has always been prompt in responses to any queries. The property itself was beautiful, in perfect condition and was great value.
Having seen other reviews on here google, clearly I am not alone in believing that Ashcourt Lettings is the best, most trustworthy letting agency in Nottingham.
I cannot recommend more highly.

From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed by Ashcourt Lettings experience within the housing market, professionalism and interpersonal skills. This is a family run business who care for both tenant and landlord and go the extra mile to ensure both parties are happy. I have had negative experiences with letting agents in the past and can honestly say I feel safe and secure with Ashcourt Lettings.They are honest, transparent and prompt. Really the best experience we have had in the whole of Nottingham when trying to let a property. Searching for a new home just after 2020 lockdown was hard enough as a small family. During such difficult times, it has been wonderful to know a letting agent who genuinely cares about you as a customer, not just a statistic. Thank you Nick and the team! Ashcourt Lettings are the best letting agents I've ever been in contact with. My partner and I rented a house with them for 3.5 years, and only moved because we recently climbed the property ladder. Throughout the years, Nick and Terry have been superbly helpful, kind, fair, trustworthy and friendly. The place they offered us was nice, the price very reasonable, the issues, wear and tear were dealt with without a fuss, they were understanding in times of duress, and happy for us when we purchased the house of our dreams.
