DMW Property Services manage a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the whole of Nottingham and the surrounding areas. Our portfolio has grown from one property to hundreds of properties since we opened. We manage properties for all different types of landlords, from 'accidental' landlords with just one property to 'professional' landlords with over 20 properties.
DMW Property Services have a range of different style and priced properties in all areas of Nottingham. 8. payments in respect of bills - utilities, communication services, TV licence, council tax and green deal or other energy efficiency charges. We charge an application fee of 250.00 for a single person with an extra 50.00 charge for each additional person.

I simply rang to confirm an offer I had put in on a property had been passed on, the way the guy I spoke to had worded it it sounded like they hadn't so I just wanted to double check. We are first time buyers so the whole process is new to me. The girl who picked up the phone was very rude and unpleasant. (This wasn't Olivia as I'd spoke to her previously and she was lovely!)

Dan had made a follow up to the below issue same day. Another appointment was then made in the week after. Visit done and the arrangement is much better.
Hope DMW team can avoid happening the issue we faced in the first time in thr future.

No show of agent finally and claimed not seeing us who standed in front of the property since 1050am for 30 mins!

Having moved around the country many times over the years due to the nature of my work and renting numerous properties along the way, I can honestly say that DMW Property Services is one of the most professional and responsive estate agents we have dealt with in the capacity of a tenant. Some of the staff I've interacted with at DMW have been really helpful however this has been tainted by another.
Issues were not brought up with landlord although I was told they had, information was passed on wrong multiple times, staff were laughing to each other when on the phone, seemingly not paying attention and rude to me. I don't mind a relaxed attitude but when information isn't being passed on correctly it seems they might need to pay more attention.
Issues have been completely ignored until I harassed them, they now don't see to be replying to my emails. I've been speaking to me landlord

I have used DMW to purchase a property, find a tenant for this property, and find a tenant for another property. With all of these the service received has been the best from any estate agent and letting agent for over 30 years - and I have come across a lot.
From finding someone at short notice to sort problems which someone else should have picked up 18 months ago, to liaising with a very difficult potential tenant nothing but professional and excellent service. Will definitely use them again

The company estate agent is very rude
Went to view a property.
They said would receive a call that day didn’t receive a call
Phoned back the next morning for them then to say that the landlord picked fairly
Then in the next breathe.
Said that the landlord had picked someone in full time work.
assuming me and my partner was not working when we are Both working. straight up discrimination If you decide to go with this company just be careful because we went to view a property for £345 then they tried to up sell up a £515 flat next door to us 👍🏻

I would recommend DMW for all aspects from letting to selling. I used the fully managed letting service for 18 months or so. No hassle or problems as Dan fully vetted all tennants. When it came to selling the property just as easy. Very smooth and easy, trouble free. I will definitely use DMW Property Services again on my next property. Thank you Dan to uou and your team. I can't recommend DMW highly enough. Completely excellent service at the best price I found. They sold my house really quickly and absolutely went the extra mile. I'm convinced Dan was up til midnight to get my details online in time for the weekend. All staff very friendly and efficient, good, useful communication and kept the whole process moving smoothly. Their recommended solicitors were also brilliant.
All in all DMW were the best and the cheapest!
