Nottingham Lettings manage two of my investment properties and have been doing so for a number of years. I have found them to be very prompt in dealing with any problems with the properties, queries or the tenants themselves. I am kept informed and updated of the things that I need to know about, whilst being left out of the normal running of the properties.
Unlike some agencies that have a complicated menu of services; we offer two services which we feel will adequately cover the needs of a landlord. Nottingham Lettings manages and lets our properties in the greater Nottingham area. The service provided is extremely timely, professional and helpful. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking to start investing or currently investing in property.

Do not use this company. They have no qualms with ripping students off. They failed to give back our deposits for 3 months (despite it being in our contract that we would receive them within 10 days) while ignoring all of our attempts to contact them via email and phone. We had to involve the deposit protection scheme. Would never use again very unprofessional.

Living as a tenant in a Nottingham Lettings property for the past year has been an all round good experience. The quality of the property, as well as the service, has made the agency one I would highly recommend. Martin was the property agent assigned to the house and he was always responsive to any requirement that needed sorting, whether it be Wi-Fi, general house up-keep/furniture replacement or maintenance. Any issues we had with the property, maintenance etc was resolved relatively quickly and with ease, we rarely found ourselves chasing issues up to be resolved. The property itself was exceptional, and myself and the other 2 loved the property. We had issues getting our deposit back on time - due to covid reasons, but it did come back and we were happy with the amount. Overall a solid agency with no major issues we found. Martin is also lovely and helpful whenever needed.

Nottingham lettings are the worst rent business to use while in Nottingham. I can’t stress how poor the customer quality has been post leaving their house. I have never encountered such a idiotic and unprofessional business that has no issue ripping people off. It has now been nearly 3 months since we left their property and they still refuse to send the money they owe. The customer support lady is useless and we’re “unable” to contact the people who gave us the accommodation in the first place. I would recommend that any students looking to rent from this place find elsewhere.

Nottingham Lettings provided a very personal and responsive service throughout the time I rented one of the properties that they managed. Martin in particular had a caring approach, and did his best to make sure that any issues were sorted out promptly, and was always available when they arose.

Been with these guys for around nine years now and they've been brilliant. They offer a really personal service at a great price. They really take an interest in you and your property, and have a great knowledge of the local market.
My property needed some significant renovations and I had to go through the Selective Licensing process, and they handled the lot, no hassle, and kept in regular contact. Any works that need doing get done quickly and to a good standard.
