The Killin Perthshire Hotel is situated in the central Highlands of Perthshire at the west end of Loch Tay. It is arguably the most picturesque village in Scotland, surrounded by the most incredible and breathtaking mountains, rivers and lochs. Killin Hotel has established its fine reputation on a friendly smile, relaxed service, great Scottish food and comfortable bedrooms.
The Killin Hotel now offers 35 comfortably decorated bedrooms including the beautifully romantic Lochay four poster suite which overlooks the River Lochay toward the Tarmachan Ridge. Killin Hotel now also has five Annex Rooms directly next to the hotel offering a variety of occupancy levels up to six people in one room.

Services
All rooms have en-suite facilities and represent excellent quality and value. As well as a selection of twin, double, single and family rooms the Killin Hotel also boasts two romantic four poster bedrooms - it is perfect for a special anniversary or secret getaway. Please contact our reservations desk with any questions.
Unfortunately, we now find ourselves impacted by staffing and supply chain issues that have affected the hospitality sector across the country this year. In order to give our staff breaks and maintain as comprehensive a service as possible, we be closing the kitchen Monday to Friday lunchtime until further notice.
Killin is not only a great central location for activities and outdoor pursuits, it is also one of those parts of Scotland that seems to have something for everyone - simply a lovely part of the world to spend a day or a week in pursuit of the great outdoors. If you want something relaxed and leisurely, you can explore the great outdoors on board a 4x4, by bicycle or by foot.

Taking a long deserved break and the the experience of staying at the hotel was ruined by Adam the barman. He was rude and ignorant. We had stated during our booking that some of us were vegetarians but the manager refused to offer us anything but the standard menu. If I ran my business as they run the hotel, I would be bankrupt. On a happy note, all other staff were great and took good care of us.

One star for the jobsworth bar man who rather than simply pour two pints in an empty bar questioned whether we were residents and pointed to spurious notice that didn't state that after 3pm non-residents couldn't be served. If you want to kill the hospitality industry give him a medal because he's achieving it all on his own. Pointed out he was loosing money and he said it was your choice! Great business model that one...

Killin Hotel is beautiful. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. Also a very handy lift to the top floors if you've a lot of luggage. Dog friendly and plenty of fantastic places to walk the hound...
Killin itself is a wonderful place. The falls are beautiful and plenty of stunning views...
