Came in for something to eat, was seated at 4.50pm and was told that we could have our table until 6.30pm which was fine by us. The staff member who seated us was unfriendly and not at all welcoming. 5.25pm and no one had come to take our order, its table service due to covid and considering we only had the table until 6.30pm we had to go searching for someone. We did eventually order and the food was nice. Needless to say that I would not rush back. The service was terrible and I felt the staff couldn't care less.

We decided to stay in Pitlochry on a whim to extend our short break - upon having the booking ready to confirm on Expedia, we noticed the "best rate direct" signs everywhere, to which we gave the opportunity before booking via the 3rd party. Upon approaching reception, the gentleman offered £77 for the stay (£10 more expensive than everywhere else), and said that it's ok, we'll confirm the booking via Expedia where we had a further 10% off. Upon clicking confirm, the booking wouldn't go through and according to every website available including their own, the rooms were sold out. It became very

We were here tonight with our dog apon entry we were sat at a very small table with another couple directly behind us. I had to ask for another table the server didn't really care either way. The food is below par my partner had mac and cheese tasted of nothing and I had the steak pie again wasn't very well seasoned and dare I say could have been in the microwave. We were not offered any water for our dog either. I won't be going back in a hurry.

We ate lunch and 2 dinners over our stay in Pitlochry and we were not disappoint with any of them, the fish n chips on a Friday night best I have ever had. Soup and sandwiches was amazing. Surf and turf on Saturday night was a taste bud party. There service was good a few times we had to ask for things and waited a while for the bill, but all in would highly recommend.

Some great food here. We had steak pies and Mac n cheese. Nice and clean too. Only criticism, if any, is that staff need to keep an eye on tables better as we had to wait a while to get another drink and to get the table cleared after finishing. When we managed to attract a staff member they were very polite and well presented.
