Paul is a qualified hypnotherapist Diploma EH. P. NLP. Distinction. BHR, training with British Hypnosis Research at Selly Oak Hospital in Birmingham under one of the world's most respected hypnotherapists and trainers, Stephen Brooks. Paul qualified in 1997 gaining a distinction and was asked to join Stephens training team - which he did for two years.
Paul runs a successful practice near Banbury, North Oxfordshire. His office is within easy driving distance of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire and the M40 motorway. Paul will also travel to see people who would feel more comfortable in their own homes.

After initial introduction Paul will ask about your problem - gathering some information from you so that he can develop healing processes that are tailored to meet your personal needs. All information shared is strictly confidential. After the information has been shared Paul will explain the healing processes he would like to use in hypnosis.
Paul deals with a wide variety of personal difficulties:- anxiety and stress, panic attacks, problems sleeping, phobias and fears, bereavement, abuse, wanting to stop smoking, wanting to control weight, lack of confidence, just not feeling good about your life. A hypnotic state is a state of enhanced relaxation somewhere between awake and asleep.
