I couldn't recommend Katie more, I decided to seek Katie's help in quiting smoking after trying and failing to stop myself multiple times.
It has now been 1 month since my 2 sessions with Katie, which may not sound like long but to me it's the longest I've gone without a cigarette in over 10 years!
I can't explain how much Katie has changed my life I have no desire to smoke at all anymore and I have been out drinking with smokers, been on a holiday & gotten on with my daily routine without any temptation!
This has been the best money I have ever spent and I would never look back, if you would

Katie is absolutely incredible I have worked closely with her for over a year and have achieved some amazing results throughout that time. I completed the Mindfullness program with her and would recommend it to anyone. She’s fantastic in her approach and Katie’s drive and tenacity it second to none. A real star and idol to me.

I have been seeing Kate for about a year. We have worked with Mindfulness, NLP and Hypnosis which has been really helpful in my life. I went to see Kate for a specific reason and she tailored the sessions to deal with the issues. She listens carefully to what you need and NOT ONCE did I ever feel judged by her in any way; this allowed me to be honest and able to open up. She is gentle, kind, compassionate and has a plethora of knowledge to help a person overcome their problems.
