We will at all times strictly follow the guidelines given by the Welsh government ensuring a safe environment for all our guest and staff. PPE is available for our staff who will be trained in their use and the deep cleaning regime. Rooms will be deep cleaned between guests using recommended anti-bacterial products including anti-bacterial fogging of all rooms making sure even those hard to reach areas are covered.

For guests and staff safety rooms will not be serviced during stays however additional room amenities will be available (see 'Do you need anything' forms in rooms). Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the property and guests are welcome to use their own masks in public areas if they wish. We trust our guest will abide by the 2 m social distance guidelines where possible as will all our staff.
