We are less than 5 minutes from the A55 between Llanfairfechan and Abergwyngregyn. With Bangor and it's University only 15 minutes away and Holyhead and it's Irish ferries only 40 minutes away, it is an ideal location for short breaks, long weekends and holidays. Our idyllic setting, 600 feet up in a secluded valley, provides panoramic views overlooking the Menai Straits and Isle of Anglesey and hills, woodland & mountains to the rear.

There are several beautiful walks that start from our door, or why not enjoy a stroll through our 17 acres of woodland and gardens. We provide maps for established routes although we do not offer guided walks. Llanfairfechan is renowned for its walks which suit all ages and abilities.
Choose a gentle stroll along the 'Cob' by the seashore or walk from Terrace Walk to Three Streams where you will find panoramic views over Aberconwy Bay and Menai Straits to Anglesey.If you prefer more strenuous exercise there are numerous trails in the surrounding hills leading up to the Aber Lake, The Druids Circle and the old Roman Road.

Satellite Navigation Systems Error including Google Earth will tell you to use Lon Ty Bach. This is an unsuitable for motors road and not at all useable. From Exit 14 off the A55 please follow the directions below. AFTER approx. 1 MILE TURN RIGHT, (signed Rhiwiau Guesthouse), KEEP GOING TO TOP OFF HILL, (low gear for approx.
