Lovely Guesthouse and great spot to visit Snowdonia, beach and local amenities. Good value for money, friendly guests, family friendly, and the rooms were clean and bright. visited during a hot week in July, the rooms get hot but a fan is provided. The hosts were very nice and very helpful. There's no parking and on street parking is free but just need to find a space.

Stayed here for a 2 night break.
Beautiful hotel, Andy and Jayne were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble.
Rooms are decorated to a very high standard and very comfortable, unike most in the area (1920's decor).
Perfect location, with just a minutes walk to Llandudno Town Centre and a 3 minute walk to the beach and pier.
Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.
