Erw Fair Guest House is a charming victorian house conveniently situated centrally on Llanberis High Street. It provides an ideal base to explore the area or relax in the heart of Snowdonia. The guest house has a private car park to the front and secure parking for motor bikes at the rear. With eight letting rooms, Erw Fair provides informal relaxation for families, groups and individuals.
The dining room, sun lounge and utility room are open all day for guest use. The utility room is ideal for drying wet walking clothes and boots. It also contains a washing machine, tumble dryer & ironing facilities often useful on a touring vacation. There is a small charge for use of the machines.

Services
The establishment is completely non smoking to comply with the law. Two course evening meal from just 10 per head. Packed lunch 3.50 per head. When you complete an online booking you will be emailed back a booking summary, please keep a copy of the booking reference. Any change to a booking is to be made via phone or email, quoting original booking reference.

Jane and Trevor went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as it could possibly be. So friendly and couldnt do enough for us.
Room was spotlessly clean and spacious and we were provided with everything we needed...endless supplies of biscuits and bottled water replenished daily.
Breakfast was without doubt the best we have ever had after many years staying in different B and Bs
Wholesome and filling...definitely what we needed before climbing Snowden
My Vegan option was catered for without question and it was perfect. I even got a delicious vegan muffin!!

This is definitely the place to stay at if you’re planning on climbing Snowdon! (Or even if you’re just planning a weekend away) The hosts were very very welcoming and friendly. I felt like I was right at home! Also the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had (make sure you try the pancakes!!) and the whole place was very tidy, clean and really cosy. Thank you again for the great customer service! I honestly didn’t want to leave the place!

Lovely place run by wonderful couple. Situated in the heart of Llanberis, with off road parking, within walking distance trails and easy acces to restaurants and pubs.
Me and my husband stayed there 4 nights. Very nice and clean placed, fresh and tasty breakfast. Absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend!
