I genuinely cannot recommend Orla James enough. The ring sample service is fantastic for ensuring you’re happy with the size and shape of your ring - I’ve not seen another manufacturer offer anything like that. The quality of the product was outstanding - beautifully presented as well. Communication was second to none and the turn around time to make a bespoke piece of jewellery was incredible. If you are looking to buy your jewellery online and are nervous about getting it right, I urge you to go with these guys.

We had the most wonderful day making our own wedding rings with Orla James. Katy was so helpful over email and the phone and Fin and Giles were both wonderful on the day! Giles was an amazing teacher and we cannot wait to get married even more so we can wear our beautiful new rings! Definitely recommend!

From start to finish we were incredibly well looked after. Precautions all in place considering the current situation with Covid, everything was thought about in advance and we couldn't have felt safer.
We really enjoyed everything from start to finish and it is so special to be able to make our own rings and have that memory forever.
I cannot recommend highly enough - if you are thinking about doing this - DO IT!

Orla James is a fantastic company that provide outstanding service. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with them to make our wedding rings. The team was accommodating of our needs, and patient as they took us through each step.
Our day was easygoing, taken at our own pace as we built a practice ring followed by the proper rings. We then enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant, provided by Orla James, and then settled into finishing off the rings in the afternoon. Throughout the day, the team kept us warm with tea and settled with conversation.
