You leave your item with us for the period of the loan and we give you the cash immediately. For very large sums we can bank transfer the amount to you while you wait. With pawnbroking the loan is against your item, so there is no need for credit checks or information on your financial situation. All we require is photo ID and proof of your address.
Our watchmakers workshop and team of watch specialists are capable of looking after almost any make of watch from vintage to brand new. We carry out all major watch repairs, servicing and restorations from our workshop treating your watch as if it was our own. We are equipped with the highest grade tools from up to date modern equipment to vintage tools allowing us to work on all makes, models and ages.
We can carry out repairs from basic soldering on chain to making you a bespoke ring by hand. My other half took my necklace and ring to the store to be repaired that had been left to me from my nan, they laser welded the chain of the necklace together which is such a fine chain and soldered the ring and polished it up absolute amazing job and am so over the moon with it as it has great sentimental value to me!! Can’t recommend them enough!

Every time I shop in Heptinstalls, I find the staff incredibly warm, welcoming and highly knowledgable about their goods. They are the most honest jewellers I have ever used, which is why I frequent their store. The reviewer before me gave them just one star, not based on a customer experience, but because they were late for a job interview, so missed out on an opportunity to work for Heptinstalls. I personally feel that the existing staff are so professional, that hiring any lesser calibre of staff would do their clientele a disservice. As far as I am concerned this jewellers is the best in town. The young gentleman who served me could not have been more helpful and considerate especially as I have lost my husband recently. Everything the Jewellers did for me regarding my earrings was over and above what you would expect this day and age and on top of that there was no charge. I shall definitely be visiting the shop again and I strongly recommend others to do so too.
