Having found myself in the job market rather abruptly, applying for a role that was supported by Holt Engineering Recruitment, i was immediately impressed with how supportive, professional and insightful yet committed, my designated team member Nathan was. Some recruiters can be overbearing with either too many calls or sending you on too many interviews just to fill a spot. My recruiter Megan at Holt Engineering really stood out and made sure I was informed and happy when I accepted my final offer – I can’t say I know many staffing agencies that actually do that.
I recommend Holt Engineering because they provide excellent results with a variety of options to fit your needs.
