Following bad experiences from two other letting agencies moving to interlet was one of the best moves I have made since moving to Cardiff. The staff there are extremely professional and friendly. I felt like they had my best interests at heart and spent a long period of time to ensure that I found my ideal property. I have now been with them for three years. They are efficient in responding to any issues that I have and deal with them swiftly. I really doubt there are any better agencies in the surrounding area. Would definetly recommend to students, professionals and families

GREAT experience renting with Interlet. They go above and beyond to help with any of your needs. I’ve been with them for a few years and they haven’t let me down ever! I can only see 2 negative reviews on here that seem like random isolated incidents that don’t reflect the team fairly at all. The staff are friendly, great to work with and helpful. They have great properties that get taken quickly too so don’t miss out! Honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much!!

My daughter used this agency for her 4 years in Cardiff University. The Staff of Interlet have done an amazing job of keeping their tenants happy and safe at all times.

I’ve been a tenant of Interlet for 2 years. They are an amazing team, nothing is too much trouble and they are always quick to resolve any problems. The team are all incredibly helpful and accommodating.
I hope to continue my tenancy with them until I graduate and wouldn’t be with anyone else now.
Me and my housemates really appreciate the time and effort they have put in to make us live comfortable and not to worry about anything, as we’ve had bad experience previously with another letting agency.
