Having booked into a different hotel and having to be moved we didn't know what to expect. The landlady was very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice, a little small but there are much bigger rooms available.

Jacqui was lovely. She (thankfully) had a room available for us when the booking we had with a local hotel was misplaced. She was very welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.
