Travelled from Coventry to Bournemouth this weekend for my daughters hen do. Pick up was a bit late but bus was clean and Barry the driver was great. Pick up coming home went smoothly and Jay the driver was so lovely nothing was to much trouble lovely friendly driver. Would def use again

ASA Travel is by far the best coach service in the whole of Birmingham. Recently went to Blackpool and the times they arrived at the locations are the exact and perfect time, the service of dropping us to our destination was 10 out of 10. This was not the first time however, every time we go through ASA Travel they are consistent and efficient with their service which is why I would never choose another company. Thank you for the excellent service you continuously offer.

Booked a minibus to take us to a gala dinner. It didnt turn up. When asked where the minibus was they said that the payment hadn't gone through to them. They had been paid but said they could not find it on their records. They could have spoiled a good night out but another company came through for us and we had a great night out. This company does not deserve you business.

Avon had booked a minibus with ur company paying the deposit. It never turned up as was saying deposit wasn't paid even though the person who booked it sent phone proof that it had been taken out of her bank. Never had bad service from this company in my life so will never be using them again. This was all on the 19th June and only just managed 2 get the money back through the bank. Absolutely disgusting.
