The bloke who came to pick us up was 1 hour late
Although it was Friday night I do not think that an hour late was acceptable due to the fact that they had confirmed them being there at the specified time the day before

I always use this company, you get text or email confirmation of booking, they are all ways on time, kept well informed of who my driver and what the car will be. Friendly drivers, couldn't ask for anything else. 👍👍

You call, let them know when you land and flight details. Go through passport control looking forward to getting home, no driver. You then call and they’ve only just set off to pick you up.

Shocking service. Got an A to B taxi from Monkspath to pick someone up from Sheldon then on to coleshill. Cost £17. Got Ontime cars from Coleshill to Monkspath. He tried to charge me £25! What a rip off! Never again. I used them years ago when they first started out. Always reliable then but this K**b tonight thought because he saw a woman on her own he could take advantage. I thought those days had gone. Never again. Really pi**ed off!

Absolutely brilliant! They have been a godsend to me, and have recently been running me to and from hospital, bang on time, and always happy to wait for me. All the drivers are polite, friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!!
