The latest national lockdown government guidance for England specifically mentions personal training as an activity you can do in an outdoor public space as your 'once per day' exercise session. As a personal trainer and Senior Activity and Health Practitioner within the CIMSPA* framework, John works with people across a broad spectrum of health and fitness levels.
Through carefully planned exercise programmes, he will improve your physical condition. You will then benefit from the many positive health and social consequences that often result. Examples of these are weight loss and a reduction in lower back pain. John's role as your personal trainer is to create a programme of activity that addresses your specific needs.

Services
John has always been a participant in recreational sport, and has a naturally scientific and inquisitive mind, earning his degree in Sport Science. He has since found himself teaching scuba on The Great Barrier Reef, and running companies for other people. Ask him about that sometime, you'll be entertained!
This is the ultimate aim of personal training. Therefore, for you to achieve results, it makes sense for us to create a personalised plan. We utilise exercises you will enjoy, and avoid those that may aggravate any current medical conditions or injuries. We will design an effective and safe gym training programme for you.
John's qualification in this field is a Level 3 Award in Programming and Supervising Exercise with Disabled Clients. He can, therefore, design, agree and adapt safe physical activity programmes for disabled people. This is based on an understanding of various aspects of exercise for disabled clients.
To be able to implement an effective exercise plan for sustainable weight loss, it is essential that we engage in a detailed consultation prior to training taking place. To enable us to achieve this, we recommended that you select a 10 session training package with body analysis and nutrition analysis.
John's specific qualification in this area is a Level 4 certificate in Obesity and Diabetes Management. Therefore, he can design, agree and adapt safe physical activity programmes for adults with obesity and/or diabetes. Clients who are overweight, or even obese, are highly likely to be suffering from other co-conditions.
