Stuart's passion for sport and fitness is infectious. He founded the BACK ON TRACK gym in 2008 and has enjoyed working with an ever-increasing number of people since, helping them to achieve massive changes in their fitness and confidence levels. Stuart continuously looks for new ways to make BACK ON TRACK the best gym in the area, acquiring new equipment, developing new workouts and creating new classes.
However much you enjoy the gym, joining a great group of people in a class makes everything more sociable, enjoyable and motivational. Come and try any class for free to see if it's right for you. At BACK ON TRACK, we have a fully qualified therapist on hand to help with just about any joint, muscle, bone, ligament, tendon or nerve-related injury to any part of the body. In your first session, you will receive a thorough assessment, to determine exactly what structure has been injured. During that same session, we will also start with appropriate treatment.

After gaining some weight I decided yo join the gym to get fit and loose a bit of weight. I started with the classes which I loved. I didn't feel out of place or judged and it really had a sense of community which I really felt apart of. I ended up loosing a stone and noticed I was a lot fitter. After a lazy break I'm now back at the classes, still love it and i can't wait to feel back in shape again!
