Having completed a Masters degree in Building Surveying at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), Danielle joined the Bennington Green team in 2019 as a Graduate Building Surveyor. She now works alongside Oliver Gristwood (MRICS), undertaking a variety of instructions including Project Management, Defect Analysis and Maintenance Plans.

Our Building Surveying services cover many types of properties from listed buildings to modern offices and factory buildings. The identification and rectification of construction/property defects is a building surveying service that Bennington Green provides to a broad range of property owners. As an RICS accredited building consultancy, we also have the experience in giving expert evidence for the resolution of building disputes.
We are pleased to be able to offer full design capabilities utilising 3D software for all of your planning, building control and construction requirements. Our strength lies in our in-depth technical understanding of buildings, and our planning and building regulation knowledge. It is essential at this stage that we fully capture and understand all of your ideas and desired outcomes for the project.
Bennington Green can draft and manage contract documentation, control and manage project finances and the full spectrum of project quantity surveying services. It is essential that early in the conceptualisation of a project that realistic cost budgets are prepared to ensure the appropriate funding is made available and that the project remains viable.
