I recently enlisted Greenward Associates to conduct a pre-purchase property inspection in Canford Cliffs, Poole. Throughout the process I dealt with Brian Ward who I would whole heartedly recommend as he is both very personable and very professional.
Brian provided me with an initial synopsis and then answered my questions providing guidance and reassurance on a number of points. The subsequent report arrived on time and was as expected very thorough. The seller has now undertaken to address a number of issues highlighted
