I have delivered and co-ordinated health improvement programmes for over 9 years. My interests are in nutrition, exercise and wellbeing and am motivated by empowering people who would otherwise not be active. I believe being healthy involves being physically and mentally fit. I studied food technology at university then worked in food chemical & micro labs.

It was so nice to come swimming again with my 3 year old (15 months since our last visit) . I booked & paid via the app which was easy to do. It was lovely to see my daughter on the pirate ship slide , she really had missed going swimming during the pandemic. A few facilities were out of order which is a shame - some of the showers & hairdryers… also lack of lighting in the changing rooms is annoying - please get those lightbulbs replaced. Homemade soup in the cafe amazing 100% homemade delicious & always a good service there. Will return soon x

What a fantastic group of passionate people bringing our local community together through arts and culture. Their organisation of #pagesofthesea at Sutton on Sea was exceptional. I will definitely be looking out for future events.

Would never work for this company again. Disgraceful treatment after 7 years of volunteering.
