Had the pleasure of having mine & my daughters eyes tested yesterday. From the moment we arrived, we had the most wonderful experience. Both our tests were thorough, the optician was very professional & so easy to talk to. We also had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the receptionist Paula - who from the second we entered the store was so kind & helpful She went above & beyond to help us. If I could give more stars - I would. Outstanding service all round. Thank you both so much x

£360 for glasses, top of the range everything, new super coating which is just a total waste of money. Guarantee isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. Three visits, three phone calls and just fobbed off. Nothing worse than a three bob company. (Glasses only a few months old). Had lenses independently checked and found to be faulty. Go to Boots, same price and professional service guaranteed.

Called in as I had lost a pair of reading glasses whilst on holiday. Spent a bit of time viewing what was on offer and was advised there was two for one offer. Decided to have an eye test whilst I was there as this was offered free as I was buying new glasses. Staff were great and friendly. Was advised two weeks for the glasses to be available however received a text 5 days later to say my glasses were ready for collection.

Asked if it was free eye test as the illuminated board at the door suggests and the owner told us yes he also mentioned theres a voucher towards the glasses if you qualify however after getting our tests done the asterisk was pointed out at the bottom of the picture and the details of the said asterisk are taped on the tiny chest of drawers facing an internal wall inside the shop (almost on the floor )apparently telling you that the tests,if you dont buy glasses, are I guess as i couldnt read it £35.00 each as he tried to charge us £70.00. To be fair after a heated debate he agreed not to charge
