Rhian is the only funeral director in Wem to have gained the Diploma in funeral arranging and administration (Dip FAA) which is a recognised qualification through the National Association of funeral directors (the NAFD) and is endorsed by Birmingham City University.
She has enormous knowledge of all areas of the funeral business, having covered military funerals, sea burials, motorbike and horse-drawn funerals, as well as humanist services, specialist repatriations and green woodland burials.Rhian has been a resident of Wem since 2004 and has strong connections with the local community.

We are available day and night. You can rest assured that we will take care of all of your wishes with dignity and respect. Firstly you need to decide whether you would like a burial or cremation, and where you would like the service to take place: the crematorium, your local church, the Cemetery Chapel, at the graveside or another location.

We actively support Hope House Childrens Hospice which is an amazing charity, providing specialist nursing care and support to life-limited children, young people and young adults. Their support extends to the whole family, from diagnosis and throughout the lifetime of the child and beyond.
The generous cake donations were incredible, we sold raffle tickets, played "spot the cake" and had a steady stream of people coming in to support this wonderful cause from 9am till 3pm.The cakes that were left over were donated to a coffee morning that was being held the next day at the local Crematorium.

When my daughters baby passed away Rhian went that extra mile to help my daughter and myself thought one of the worst times in our lives as my daughter was only twenty years old herself had no experience in organising a funeral and it was all down to Rhian that we got thought this as she helped in every way even though it was Christmas time and my daughter wanted to be with her baby on his first Christmas Rhian made it possible and I don’t think you would get this personal service from any other company on Christmas Day and Boxing Day and whenever she wanted to see him Rhian made it possible

Just before Christmas, my dad very suddenly passed away. I called Rhian and she took me through everything I needed to know, step by step – no question was too silly. She has been friendly, supportive and professional at all times and I couldn’t recommend her more.
