Anxiety, depression and panic attacks make the world seem a dark and scary place. You may feel trapped in a forest of negative thoughts and ideas, or you may feel exhausted from constant worry and overthinking. I can help you to break free and find a way out. I use a combination of hypnotherapy, coaching, positive psychology and cognitive therapy so there is almost certainly a way for us to work together which will help you to achieve your goals.

With everything happening in the world today our mental health is even more important, and you may be experiencing fears and anxiety for the first time in your life. Or you may have suffered for many years. Either way, I have over 10 years of professional experience helping people with similar problems and I know it is possible for things to improve.

As a hypnotherapist I believe that hypnotherapy supervision is the key to building a successful and profitable practice. I have enjoyed working with several good supervisors over the years. In the beginning when client numbers were low they advised me about marketing. As numbers grew they supported me in working with clients, and as I took on more challenging clients ensured my clients were safe and that I was looking after my own mental health.
After many years' experience of anxiety and panic attacks, both personally and professionally, I decided to write a book. I wanted it to be a book that could be used either standalone, or by my clients as we worked together. Something they could refer to almost as if I were still in the room with them.
