John Hope Engineering Ltd was established in 1990 and has continued a controlled expansion program. We have a very experienced workforce for both in-house fabrications and on-site assembly and construction. Our workforce has a vast amount of experience in structural/mechanical fabrications. Highly qualified design engineers undertake the detail design and drawing work on large contracts.
Complete bulk handling plant at Broom Quarry, Dumfriesshire, primary, secondary and tertiary crushing and screening modules including all the link and stockpile conveyors. When Marley Building Materials required a new handling facility at Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, the contract was awarded to John Hope Engineering. The new plant, which was completed on schedule is a sand-storage & blending facility; the job was completed in full compliance with the CDM regulations. Some examples of other work involving structural steelwork fabrication manufactured in our extensive workshops at Circa in Dumfries & Galloway.
Edward McKay Civil Engineering Contractors based in Brora wanted a large capacity concrete batching plant which they could tow to remote sites. The plant, designed & built by John Hope Engineering Ltd is shown here during the construction of a Windfarm in the remote Scottish Highlands where traditional methods of concrete delivery would have made the project uneconomic.
