Services
This room is bright, cosy and homely, providing a relaxed and loving atmosphere for babies to develop and learn to their full potential. Activities are on offer for the children, taking into account each child's age and stage of development. A daily diary is completed for parents/ guardians, giving information about their child's day.
In our Toddler room we have created a fun, stimulating and safe environment for the children to participate and enjoy a wide range of activities to meet the individual needs of child. We also have opportunities for physical play outdoors/indoors and for outings. This is a bright and spacious room providing children with the opportunity free play and adult led activities.
This spacious, bright room offers children opportunities to learn and develop through free play and planned activities. We also have a story corner where children can sit quietly and read stories and also play with the musical instruments. There is a separate arts and craft area for the children to develop their creative instincts.
Smallworld has a Child Protection Policy to protect and safeguard all children in our care from any form of abuse. Once a child has been collected from their room by a parent, the parent is completely responsible for their child. If a parent wishes to communicate with other parent or staff it will be the responsibility of the parent to monitor the child at all times.
