Happy Days Nursery is situated in a residential area, with close access to both nature and local amenities. It consists of three play rooms which are fully equipped with resources carefully selected to enhance children's learning and development. There is also a large outdoor garden where children have freedom to explore, discover and 'think big', without limits.

That the process of learning is more important than any end product (I can make mistakes and not worry). Being outdoors allows children to develop a wonder and respect about nature and each other. I have space to run and jump and shout. Or stop and look and wonder. In giving children spaces and resources which encourage them to use their imagination and be creative.
Hi my name is Paula and I am delighted to share with you my journey through childcare; one that starts as a seventeen year old on a YTS and ends up twenty five years later as owner of the very same nursery. My initial training was a hands on experience working at Happy Days, observing the practitioners and gaining in confidence all the time.
I'm Aimee and I came to join the team at Happy Days in the autumn of 2017. Initially, I worked with our youngest learners in the Little Stars, but I am now working with Jemma and her team in the Sunshine Room. I would describe myself as sociable and friendly and enjoy spending time with the children exploring and discovering together.
You and your little one will be welcomed into our Little Star's family by our experienced and fully qualified team of early year's practitioners. The room itself is spacious and filled with natural light that floods in from the windows and patio doors, resulting in a tranquil environment that is the perfect atmosphere for our youngest children to relax in and thrive.
We place a huge importance on the children's emotional wellbeing, believing that the child who feels valued and loved is ready to learn and thrive. We will spend time with you as a family; getting to know you and your values. Your child's day will be filled with dynamic and appealing experiences, carefully designed to pique interest and gently lead your child further in their own learning.
