Had a wonderful afternoon tea at Woodlands Country House. Very professional and absolutely gorgeous food, all home made. I cannot recommend it enough!! Home made bread, cakes, outstanding service and excellent value!! Naomi and Daryl are wonderful hosts. We had a cocktail to start and a whiskey to finish from the extensive bar. Do not pass up the opportunity to visit!! Bespoke bedrooms in the B&B too, each with a theme linked to Cumbria. I can’t wait to return!

Great room. Really comfy bed. Excellent facilities. Everything worked. Really ckean. Good breakfast. A little too far out if Keswick but not a problem if you are driving as the drive itself is very pleadent.
The owner is a charming and super freindly lady, who with the help of one assistant ran a very efficient breakfast operation.
Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
