Please note this example is based on the sale of a freehold property. For Leasehold properties an additional charge of 100.00 plus VAT will be made. The sale of a leasehold property will usually involve further disbursements such as the cost of a Leasehold Information Pack and any other required documents and or information.
Each Estate varies and disbursements are usually dependent on the value of the estate meaning that quoting for such before having all relevant details is not possible. Such disbursements could include but are not limited to:- Office copies, Commissioners fee, death certificates, copy share certificates etc.
Please be aware that there is a significant risk posed by cyber fraud, specifically relating to email accounts and bank details. Our bank details will never change during the course of a transaction and we will never notify you of any changes by email. Please check account details with us in person or by telephone.
Once your offer has been accepted and you have instructed us (your conveyancer) you will need to notify the agents that we will be acting on your behalf. The agents will then send out a memorandum of sale to both the seller's conveyancer and to us. Upon receiving your instructions we will send to you our letter of engagement together with our Terms & Conditions of Business and our Client Information Form.
