Our offices are situated at 14 Wood Street, Earl Shilton, which is a detached building fronting the main thoroughfare running through Earl Shilton, in the centre of the village amongst several shops and opposite the library. Earl Shilton is one of the largest villages in Leicestershire ideally placed on the A47 between Hinckley and Leicester, close to junctions of the M1 and M69.
At Black and Co we have a small but specialised and highly skilled criminal defence team that undertakes every aspect of criminal law in the Magistrates' Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. We pride ourselves on our dedication and ability to provide a proactive forensic and investigative approach to all of our case preparation, ensuring a diligent but sensitive representation for all of our clients.
Legal Aid enables us to act for clients charged with a criminal offence free of charge, however whilst it is available for many people, there is an Income Test which will establish whether you are eligible for free representation.
